Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our team works diligently to prepare your galactic gear for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs across the galaxy:
- Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Shipping fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Using EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Free for orders of $50 or more
Note: We ship to Rebel and Imperial forces across the galaxy, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy Mission: Just as the Rebel Alliance stands for freedom, we stand behind our products. If your costume doesn’t fit right, arrives damaged, or simply isn’t what you expected (maybe you thought you were getting Darth Vader but feel more like Jar Jar Binks), we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeline
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. That’s faster than the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run!
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unaltered, and undamaged)
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Some items in our galaxy cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons:
- Electronic Lightsabers (once activated, they’re yours forever)
- Costume Accessories that have been opened or used
- Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged
- Items not in original condition
The Return Process – Simpler Than Training a Youngling
Follow these steps to return or exchange your items:
Step 1: Contact Our Command Center
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide Your Mission Details
Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Step 3: Receive Your Return Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 4: Ship Your Items Back
Package everything securely and ship to our headquarters at:

Step 5: Inspection & Processing
Our quality control droids will inspect the returned items (takes 2-3 business days).
Step 6: Mission Complete
Receive your refund or exchange!
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – even the Force can’t help find lost packages!
Refunds – The Credits Return to Your Account
Once your return is processed and approved:
- Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges – Switching Sides Like a True Jedi
Need a different size or color? Prefer Kylo Ren over Darth Vader? We’ll happily exchange your item for something else in our collection, subject to availability.

If your item arrived damaged or defective (even C-3PO has bad days), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll send a replacement faster than lightspeed and cover return shipping for the damaged item.
International Returns
Since we serve Rebel and Imperial forces across the galaxy (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions), international returns are accepted following the same policy. Additional shipping times and customs documentation may apply.
